GUIDED TOURS OF THE MUSIKVEREIN VIENNA

One of the most beautiful concert halls in the world, one of the most magnificent buildings of Vienna's Ringstrasse era. The best way to get to know the Musikverein is of course to attend a concert. However, the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde in Vienna also opens its historic building for tours.

GENERAL INFORMATION

As the Musikverein is not a museum but a living concert venue, it is rare but possible that guided tours may have to be postponed or cancelled due to rehearsals or technical alterations. We ask for your understanding. Please note that there are no guided tours on Sundays and public holidays.

ENGLISH AND GERMAN

In order to take part in the guided tour, we strongly recommend that you have a basic knowledge of the respective language. Special guided tours for groups can also be organised in other languages. It is not possible to translate the public tour into another language.
